Sonoma Ranch East | 2018 Area Market Report

Sonoma Ranch East finished just one sold home behind Sonoma West and had the third most home sales in Las Cruces in 2018 coming in at 184 homes sold. In 2017 there were 135 homes sold and in 2016 there were 151 homes sold. The average home price in Sonoma East is strong at $254,756. That is up slightly up from 2017 when the average home sold at $251,518. The average sales price has increased 8.5% since 2016. Let’s talk about overall volume! 2016 and 2017 were 35 million and 34 million. Now 2018, brought just under 47 million! That’s an increase of 25 percent. Golf, good restaurants and of course the proximity to Mountain View Regional Medical Center, Interstate 25 and Highway 70, positions Sonoma Ranch East well for people moving to the area and locals alike.
