September 2017 Las Cruces Market Report

September 2017 saw 162 homes sold which is exactly the same amount of homes sold a year ago. The average home sales price was $181,462 which is actually down from September 2016 when it was $183,025. As far as list to sales price, which is the amount that sellers got from their asking price, that was 96%. The median days on market was 32 days. You may ask where are all of these homes selling? Well, Las Colinas, once again lead the way 22 home sales. Las Colinas is the area North of Highway 70, off of Sonoma Ranch Blvd. Sonoma West came in second with 13 homes sold. Sonoma West is the area between Highway 70 and Lohman, and west of Sonoma Ranch. I always get asked where the most expensive home sold, well this month it was on Cripple Creek in Soledad Canyon for $628,000.
