One neighborhood that seemed to grow a lot in 2022 and saw tons of real estate action is the Santa Teresa area, so we thought we would include this area and show you the market stats for 2022. We see a low average days on the market of only 14 days. This means that homes in Santa Teresa sold pretty quickly. One reason being the location.
