Market Stats: October 1st - October 8th
The market stats from last week are definitely worth taking a look at. 
With mostly green numbers indicating lots of increases, it's a change from the past few weeks. Of particular note is the significant 34.6% increase in the average sales price 
for homes. Another standout figure is the 44.5% decrease in the number of pending sales, which means that the number of homes that went under contract to be sold decreased last week compared to the previous week.
