Market Stats: June 11 - June 18

Check out the market stats for the past week. We see only two decreases in the market numbers, while everything else increased. We see a 25% decrease in the number of homes that were sold. But we see an increase in the average sales price of homes and over 17% increase in the number of new homes available on the market.
