Market Stats : July 30th - August 6th

The amount of green on this week’s market stats tells us there were a lot of increasing numbers in the real estate market. Most notably, there was almost a 5% increase in the number of homes that were sold. We also saw a 6.4% increase in the number of new homes that came on the market.
