Welcome to the March 2019 Las Cruces Real Estate Report. Our goal is to provide you with just a quick overview of the Las Cruces Market. This month, sales actually decreased from 192 homes a year ago to 176 homes, this year. That’s 16 less homes sold this month over this time last year. However, there was a nice increase from February of this year when just 146 homes were sold.  The average sales price is up from $184,000 a year ago to just under $200,000, this month. So even though home sales are down, at least they are selling for a little bit more money.


The area of Las Cruces which saw the most homes sold is Las Colinas with 29 homes, followed by Sonoma West with 17 homes. The most expensive home this month sold in Mesilla for $716,000. Remember, real estate is local, neighborhood by neighborhood, price range by price range. If you are considering selling, let us analyze your home specifically.
