If you grew up in Las Cruces, chances are you have attended the infamous Cruces Mayfield football game. Las Cruces High School and Mayfield High School have had a friendly rivalry since 1965 and play in an annual game held at the NMSU football stadium. This game is a staple of Las Cruces and a good way to become part of the community. Next football season, be sure to attend but choose which side you sit on wisely!
