Las Cruces, though it may be small, is a desirable place to relocate. Based on population growth information, we know that in the last 10 years alone, the population grew by 4.3K and in the last year alone, more than 1,400 new residents have moved to Las Cruces. Las Cruces has become the largest growing city in New Mexico according to an online article from The Center Square. This Growth is slow and steady and partly due to the real estate market! House prices are lower compared to other places in the state and in the U.S. and interest rates are lower than they have been historically. New residents have relocated to our part of New Mexico from all over including California, Oregon and even the United Kingdom. As real estate brokers, meeting clients from all over is one of the coolest parts of our job!
