Las Cruces Real Estate | Historical Fact - Red Bluff Lake
Sitting at an elevation of 2,842 feet, the lowest point of elevation in all of New Mexico is at Red Bluff Lake in southeastern New Mexico. You may remember this reservoir from last week's post. The Pecos river flows into this reservoir at the Southeastern corner of the state. This lake, although it is beautiful, is the lowest point in the state. But it is also a great spot for amazing views of the New Mexico landscape and recreational activities such as fishing and boating.
