The famous outlaw Doc Holliday spent a good amount of time here in New Mexico, but did you know that he fatally shot a man in Las Vegas, New Mexico? He got into an altercation with a man and fatally wounded him. He moved to Arizona after this incident but not before selling the saloon he owned here in New Mexico.
