This small city has a population of only 79,669 people. This city is rich with culture and is well known for having lush green parks and gardens and serving up ice cream made with fresh milk from the local dairies. Having sister cities allows us to learn more about other places besides our own city. We love having two different sister cities in two completely different areas.
