Las Alturas is an attractive community with its views of the valley and the Organ Mountains. There were 49 homes sold in 2018, which is 16 homes more than 2017 and 20 more than 2016. The average sales price was $342,719 in 2018, which is $5000 more than 2017 and $20,000 more than 2016. Las Alturas is great with it’s close proximity to New Mexico State University, Memorial Medical Center and Downtown Las Cruces.
