Here is the June 2022 Real Estate Market Report. Some numbers to make note of include the total number of homes sold in June of this year has decreased. June of 2021 saw 244 homes sold and June of this year saw 214 homes sold. The number of homes sold decreased by 30 since last year. The average sales price for homes has increased by approximately $45K.
