June 2021 Las Cruces Real Estate Market Report

The Las Cruces Real Estate Market Report is a monthly report detailing market statistics for the past month and year-to-date. This installment includes information on how the market has performed in June of 2021, including average sales price, number of homes sold, days on market, etc. Let's start counting down from 60 seconds and see what this month brought to our real estate community!

Ready, set, go! 

Houses on the Las Cruces market continue to move quickly and prices continue to steadily  rise. The average sales price was up this past month another 24 percent over this time last year - now up to 279 and a half thousand dollars over last June’s 224 thousand. The number of homes sold is up as well with 36 more homes sold, bringing the total this past month to 244. 

The luxury homes market continues to perform well with more than double last June’s 11 homes up to 34 homes sold. If you want to know what that means for the total for this year, though, you’ll have to check out our first half of 2021 market report that’ll be up on our page in the coming days.

Las Colinas is back on top of our highest-selling neighborhoods with 42 homes sold followed by Sonoma East with 25. The most expensive home was sold for 800 thousand off of Remington Road in Las Alturas.
