The average sales price increased by a little less than five thousand from $205,854 a year ago to $210,527 this month.

The area of Las Cruces which saw the most homes sold is Las Colinas with a whopping 40 homes, followed by Alameda with 15 homes.

The most expensive home this month sold in Soledad Canyon for $685,000.
