The Jornada Las Colinas area has really grown over the last few years. There have been more homes sell in Jornada Las Colinas area than any other area of Las Cruces. The number of homes sold rose to 303 in 2018. That is up slightly from 293 in 2017 and up from 246 in 2016 and up from 190 in 2015. The area has always provided quick and easy access to hyw 70 coupled with affordable pricing. What has really helped the area over the last few years is the emergence of Red Hawk Golf Course and the surrounding developments of Metro Verde and Metro Park. These areas are bringing more people to the area and has made it the fastest growing area of Las Cruces. With an average sales price in 2018 of $189,721 this area is poised to continue its growth and high number of homes sold.
