January 2018 Las Cruces Market Report

January continues to build on what was a strong 2017 market. The number of sales continues to rise month over month and year over year. This month, sales increased by 29 more homes than what we saw a year ago and the average sales price increased by 15 percent. The area of Las Cruces which saw the most homes sale is Sonoma West with 16 homes followed by Las Colinas as a close second with 14 homes. The most expensive home this month sold on Constitution Rd in Picacho Hills for $630,000. Gosh, I bet that had beautiful views!
