If you're like most people, then you’re probably wondering about the inventory of homes right now. Currently, we have been staying around 330 homes on the market. Inventory is affected by interest rates as well as the demand for homes. A lot of people refinanced back when the interest rates were so low and now there is not a lot of incentive to sell your home and repurchase just to be stuck with a higher interest rate.
