February 2019 | Real Estate Market Report
I just can’t believe that it’s already March. The Aggies have their last mens home basketball game this weekend and the WAC tournament starts next week. The weather is finally starting to warm up and the time changes on Sunday. Don’t forget to set your clocks an hour forward. I know, we all miss that extra hour of sleep.
Anyway, so this month, sales increased by 5 homes this year over this time last year. The average sales price is actually down pretty significantly to $190,083 compared to February 2018’s $197,351. The area of Las Cruces which saw the most homes sold is Las Colinas with 17 homes, followed by Sonoma West with 15 homes. The most expensive home this month sold in Picacho Hills for for $1,100,000. Remember, real estate is local, neighborhood by neighborhood, price range by price range. If you are considering selling, let us analyze your home specifically. And if you are looking to buy, every real estate market has opportunity in it you just have to know where to find it.
