February 2018 Las Cruces Market Report

This month, sales increased by 20 homes this year over this time last year. There were a few less homes sold this month compared to last month. The average sales price increased pretty significantly from $174,790 a year ago to $197,351, this month. The area of Las Cruces which saw the most homes sold is Las Colinas with 14 homes, followed by a tie in 4 Hills and Sonoma West with 11 homes each.
