We love not only highlighting great local restaurants, but a variety of awesome local businesses. And one of our favorites for recreational and health purposes is Downtown Desert Yoga. Yoga classes are offered 7 days a week at several time slots, making it easier than ever to fit in a workout. They also offer a variety of classes for all different levels. If you're a beginner, they can help steer you in the right direction and help you choose a class. We love that the instructors are all so kind and helpful. Definitely give them a try if you’re looking to try something new.
