August 2017 Las Cruces Market Report
August 2017 saw 187 homes sold. That is up from August 2016 when 160 homes sold. That’s an increase of 17 percent. The average home sales price was $193,786 which is up from August a year ago at $169,884. As far as list to sales price, which is the amount that sellers got from their asking price, that was 97%. The median days on market was 47 days. You may ask where most of the homes are selling? Well Las Colinas leads the way this month again with 24 homes sold. Las Colinas is the area North of Highway 70, off of Sonoma Ranch Blvd. Picacho Hills came in second this month with 15 homes sold. Picacho Hills sits on the West Mesa of Las Cruces overlooking the Mesilla Valley. I always get asked where the most expensive home sold was?
