Here is the 2022 Wrap Up, where we try to summarize how the real estate market did throughout the past 12 months. So first off, we think 2022 was a strong year for real estate overall. There were highs and lows. The higher interest rates definitely slowed down the market towards the end of the year, but homes were still selling overall.
