Happy Monday! Here's another week of market stats. Over last week, the number of new listings that came on the market and the number of homes available on the market are both down. What is also down are the number of homes sold and the average sales price. We love to track the numbers on a weekly basis because it shows how one or two houses that closed can completely skew the numbers. We are anxious to see how next week compares.
