Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: September 4-11, 2022

This week’s market stats are showing quite a few drops. The number of pending sales which is the number of homes under contract to be sold has decreased by nearly 12%. The number of homes sold has decreased by 27%. We also see a 14.8% decrease in the average sales price of homes. The two areas we see increasing numbers are in the number of new homes available on the market and the number of active listings.
