There are lots of changes in the market numbers today! We see a 9.6% increase in the number of new homes on the market. We also see nearly a 20% increase in the average price of homes that were sold. We see some decreasing numbers as well. We see a drop in the number of homes that were sold as well as the number of homes that went under contract to be sold!
