Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: November 20-27, 2022

This week we see a lot of decreasing numbers in the market stats. We can likely attribute this to the Holiday weekend. People are more focused on the Thanksgiving holiday and going out of town than on listing their house for sale. This is likely why we saw a 60% decrease in the number of new homes on the market. We also saw a 49% decrease in homes that went under contract to be sold. We saw one increase in the market stats and that was in the average sales price. It should be interesting to see how the numbers look this coming week.
