We see a lot of positive increases in the real estate market from this past week. We see a decrease in only two areas. The number of homes sold last week went down by just over 28% and the average sales prices for homes went down by a little 6.8%. These are the only decreases in the stats that we see. The rest of the market stats saw an increase in numbers.
