Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: March 20-27, 2022

We see a lot of decrease in the market number’s compared to last week’s real estate market report. The only positive increase we see is a higher percentage of homes sold as well as the amount of money received compared to what the original listing price was. Everything else we see a decrease in numbers which includes the number of homes available for purchase, the number of new homes available for purchase, the number of homes that went under contract to be sold, and the average price that homes were sold for. The last decrease was in the days to contract which means that homes sold more quickly than they did in the previous week.
