We see some pretty significant increases in the market stats as well as some decreasing numbers. The percentage of new homes on the market has jumped by over 51% and the number of homes that have been put under contract to be sold has also gone up by over 63%. The number of days to contract has decreased by over 46% which can be a positive decrease for the real estate market because this means that homes sold more quickly.
