We see quite a lot of drops in the market numbers. The most notable drop was a 51% decrease in the number of homes sold, as well as a 27.8% decrease in the number of new homes on the market. There were a few increases in the market numbers. There was an increase in both the number of pending sales, which are homes that went under contract to be sold, and also in the number of available homes on the market.
