Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: July 17-24, 2022

Another new week, another market stat update! We are showing a lot of red on the chart this week but it's not all doom and gloom. We had less homes come on the market that last week and active inventory has come back down as well. Less homes coming on the market, less homes that went under contract, it just makes sense. We also saw less homes close, however, we think that is always timing. We tend to see more homes close at the beginning of a month and end of a month. Please reach out with any questions.
