Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: July 10-17, 2022

The market stats this week are covered in green which means there was a lot of increase in the numbers. We see a major rise in the number of homes sold which increased by over 100% from last week. We also see a 30% increase in the number of new homes on the market. The only decrease we see is a 8.7% drop in the average sales price of homes.
