Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: January 22-29, 2023

The real estate market in Las Cruces is warming up! The average sales price is only slightly down while the number of homes sold is up. We had more homes come on the market for sale but the craziest number is the number of homes that went under contract! We are outpacing how many homes are coming on the market with how many homes are going under contract. This caused our inventory to come down as well. All of this to say, if you are looking to buy, you may be in a little bit more competition with the interest rates coming down a little. If you are looking to sell, it's still a great time as we are heading into the spring and with a few less homes to compete with.
