Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: January 2-9, 2022

This week’s market stats display a lot of positive changes in the market. We see an increase in the number of new and active listings, pending sales, homes sold as well as sales price. The other positive change is the decrease in the days on market, which essentially means homes are selling quicker. The decrease we see is in the number of homes sold, but this is only a decrease of 1%. The other decrease we see is in the percentage of original price received.
