There is a lot of green on today’s market report. This means that most aspects of the real estate market experienced an increase in numbers. The number of active and new listings went up. The number of homes sold, and average sales price also saw a rise. The only area we see a decrease is the number of pending sales. That number dropped by 15.2%, which is fairly significant.
