This week’s market stats is covered in green meaning that there were a lot of increases in the numbers. Every aspect of the market increased with exception to the number of pending sales. The number of days spent on the market also went up, which means that homes spent more time on the market before they went under contract. As always, the real estate market remains unpredictable.
