Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: December 5-12, 2021

This week’s market stats have a good balance of red and green, meaning we saw some numbers go up and a few go down. We saw increases in the number of pending sales, homes sold, sales price and percentage of original price received. The number of days on the market went down, which is also a positive thing for the real estate market. This means houses are selling quicker during that week. We see decreases in the number of new listings as well as the number of active listings!
