Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: December 25, 2022 - January 1, 2023

Happy New Year to everyone! We hope your 2023 has been good so far. Here are the market stats for last week. It is no surprise that the real estate market slowed down due to the holiday weekend. We see quite a few decreases in the market numbers. We see a 24% drop in the number of homes that were sold. We see a few increasing numbers. For example, there were slight increases in the number of new homes on the market as well as a slight increase in the average sales prices of homes.
