Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Holiday! Here are the weekly stats, and it’s no surprise that the Holiday slowed down the market last week. We see lots of decreasing numbers, including a 32.5% decrease in the number of new homes on the market. The average sales price of homes sold also dropped by over 10%.
