Las Cruces Real Estate | Market Stats: April 17-24, 2022

This week’s market stats have both positive increases and some decreases in the numbers. The areas where we see an increase are in the numbers of new homes on the market as well as the number of active homes available for purchase. We also see an increase in the average number of days houses spent on the market. Every other aspect saw a decrease in numbers, which includes pending sales, homes sold and average sales price.
